CLEMSON, S.C. — Clemson football standout T.J. Moore is taking another major step in his journey, joining Nike’s prestigious Blue Ribbon Elite NIL roster as part of a new chapter in the brand’s longstanding partnership with Clemson University.

Moore is one of 11 Clemson student-athletes selected to join Nike’s growing Blue Ribbon Elite program, which brings together elite collegiate athletes from across sports and gives them an opportunity to collaborate with one of the most recognizable brands in athletics.
For Moore, the opportunity carries a personal significance.
“Getting to represent Nike and Clemson is a really big blessing because I’ve been wearing Nike since I was little, and now I'm getting to represent Nike on the biggest stage possible. It’s very exciting,” Moore said.
For Jonathan Fay, CEO and President of BreakPoint Marketing, who has represented Moore’s personal brand for more than three years, the Nike partnership is a reflection of the growth Moore has demonstrated both as an athlete and as a person.
“I’ve had the privilege of working with T.J. for more than three years, and what stands out most is the person he is beyond the football field. He has continued to grow, mature and understand the importance of building his personal brand while staying true to who he is. Nike is an incredible fit for T.J. because their values around performance, authenticity and inspiring the next generation align so well with the person and athlete he is becoming. Seeing him go from a young Clemson athlete with tremendous potential to now representing one of the most iconic brands in sports is a special moment, and I’m extremely proud of him.”
The partnership represents more than simply putting on the iconic Swoosh. Nike’s Blue Ribbon Elite program is designed to provide athletes with individualized support across performance, training, business, media, culture and life away from competition.
For Moore, the opportunity creates a platform to build his identity both on and off the football field.
From Wearing Nike to Representing Nike
Moore’s connection to Nike began long before he became a Clemson football player.

Like many young athletes, he grew up wearing the brand and looking up to the athletes who represented it. Now, he finds himself on the other side of that relationship, representing Nike himself while competing at one of college football’s biggest programs.
That full-circle moment makes the partnership particularly meaningful.
Moore is joining an elite group of athletes selected for Blue Ribbon Elite, a roster that includes Clemson football teammates Gideon Davidson, Ashton Hampton, Will Heldt and Bryant Wesco Jr., along with standout athletes from Clemson softball and gymnastics.
Together, the 11 Tigers represent the breadth of Clemson athletics and the university’s continuing relationship with Nike.
A New Chapter in a 25-Year Partnership
Nike and Clemson are strengthening a partnership that dates back to 2002 and has evolved into one of the most comprehensive relationships in collegiate athletics.
The Blue Ribbon Elite announcement builds on that history by extending Nike’s relationship with Clemson beyond team uniforms and equipment and into individualized partnerships with some of the university’s top athletes.
Clemson Director of Athletics Graham Neff described the opportunity as another step in the evolution of the relationship.
“Nike has long been at the center of championship performances here at Clemson, and we’re excited to see this opportunity extended to many of our student-athletes,” Neff said. “The Clemson brand continues to be among the most recognizable in college athletics, and this unique program is just a further deepening of that longstanding relationship.”
Moore’s selection places him among roughly 85 elite NIL athletes across Nike’s Blue Ribbon Elite roster.

More Than a Swoosh
Blue Ribbon Elite is designed to give athletes a deeper relationship with Nike than traditional brand representation.
Nike provides personalized support to athletes across its NIL roster, including performance and training resources as well as opportunities involving product, styling, media, content and creative collaboration.
The program also gives athletes a voice in shaping the brand itself through athlete-centered design, innovation and creative direction.
That philosophy is reflected in Nike’s approach to the program: athletes are not simply asked to represent the Swoosh — they are given opportunities to help influence what the Swoosh represents in the future.
Ann Miller, Nike’s EVP of Global Sports Marketing, emphasized the shared values behind the Clemson partnership.
“What has made the Clemson and Nike partnership so strong for over two decades is a shared commitment to helping athletes reach their full potential,” Miller said. “These student-athletes represent the leadership, teamwork and drive that move sport forward, and together we'll shape what’s next through Blue Ribbon Elite.”
For Moore, that future begins with the opportunity to represent two brands that have become central to his athletic journey.
He grew up wearing Nike. He now competes for Clemson.
And with his addition to Blue Ribbon Elite, Moore gets the opportunity to bring those two chapters together on one of the biggest stages in college football.
T.J. Moore is no longer just wearing the Swoosh. He’s representing it.
